$300 per room deposit required at time of booking (NON refundable)
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

Individual cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival will result in a 100% penalty on the canceled room.

Hillside Ocean view Deluxe: These guestrooms offer stunning ocean views from their hillside locations overlooking the resort, about 75 yards from the beach, Each room is equipped with one king bed and separate sitting area, large frameless showers large covered private deck or balcony, air conditioning, ceiling fan, coffee maker, direct dial telephone, in-room safe, iron & ironing board, cable TV. 280 - 320 sq. ft. Maximum occupancy 2 persons.

Beachfront Cabana: Located on the water’s edge, these rustic accommodations are elevated on island loft-style footings, set amidst swaying palms and offering magnificent ocean views and seclusion. These romantic, rustic rooms feature king size bed, hammock, furnished private balcony, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, mini-fridge, coffee maker, direct dial telephone, in room safe, iron & ironing board, flat panel cable TV. 270 sq. ft. Maximum occupancy 2 persons.

Beachfront Deluxe: Located directly on the beach, these spacious studio style rooms feature one king size bed or two queen size beds, furnished private balcony, air conditioning, ceiling fan, mini fridge, coffee maker, direct dial telephone, in room safe, iron & ironing board, flat panel cable TV, DVD player. 360 sq. ft. Maximum occupancy: 2 persons in king bed rooms 3rd person rollaway,

2 Bedroom Villa: (1320 sq ft. 2 -Bedroom villas are set on the hillside. One floor features a hillside ocean view bedroom with a king-sized bed, a bathroom with shower and private terrace. The other floor features a bedroom with a king sized bed and bathroom with shower, as well as a large living room with a full kitchen and outside deck with dining table and gas grill.

3 Bedroom Villa: (1712 sq. ft., 3 -Bedroom villas are set on the hillside. Ground floor features a hillside ocean view bedroom with a king-sized bed, bathroom with shower, kitchenette and private porch. The second floor features a bedroom with king sized bed (king bed can be pulled apart to become 2 twins) bath and shower with large living room and a full kitchen and outside deck with dining table and gas grill. Top floor features a king-sized bed and a wet bar area with refrigerator, microwave and coffee-maker.
